He takes a steadying breath as he watches Nebula check if he's breathing. When she doesn't look like that went the way they hoped, he can feel the panic rising inside him like bile, burning his insides. No! He won't. He had to focus on the matter at hand. This was a problem and he had to solve it. Nothing more.
"He needs oxygen. I saw a mask yesterday. Follow me." They needed more power to run the system to pull more oxygen from the air into the mask. What could they use? They could use his suit. They could use Nebula's mechanical side. They could use the video game. No that last one definitely didn't have enough juice. Once they were where the mask was hooked to a machine, he flipped it on and it sputtered a bit and then came on. Thank god! There was something still in the ship! It wasn't enough to make the ship move, but apparently this was minor enough it would work.
He wasn't going to say what the consequences of using this machine were. He figured Nebula could figure it out and Peter, he hoped would connect the dots.
